In recent years I have led large-scale transformations around Infor M3 Cloud Edition (LCM migration), supply chain initiatives and PLM-adjacent programmes — often in integration-heavy landscapes with complex data flows and ETL-powered replica environments.
I bring structure that is easy to understand and execute: steering groups get a small set of relevant KPIs and crisp decision points, while delivery teams get clear plans, accountability, and a pragmatic operating model. I am comfortable in SAFe/Scrum contexts, managing vendors and contracts, and scaling from a focused core team to programmes with 40–50+ contributors.
